Enquiry Coordinator — Part-Time, Remote

What the role is. Reading incoming enquiries, checking them against the areas and job types we cover, and passing them to the right companies quickly. Following up with homeowners where an enquiry is incomplete or describes something we cannot help with.

What we are looking for. Clear written English. Comfort on the phone. Enough curiosity about houses to tell a hipped roof from a gable after a week. Accuracy under a light but steady volume of enquiries.

Content Researcher — Freelance, Project Basis

What the role is. Keeping cost figures, conversion type explanations and local planning content accurate. This means reading primary sources — council planning pages, legislation, building control guidance — and writing plainly from them.

What we are looking for. The instinct to check a claim rather than repeat it. Comfort reading planning legislation without needing to be a planner. Plain, unpadded writing.
