How this site makes money. Loft Conversions Ealing is a lead-generation website. When you send an enquiry, we pass your details to one or more loft conversion companies working in your area. Those companies pay us for receiving enquiries. You are never charged anything, and the price you are quoted for building work is a matter between you and whoever quotes it.

We do not carry out loft conversions. No building, design, structural or project management work is carried out by this site or by anyone operating it. Every quotation, contract, guarantee and piece of work is provided by an independent third-party company. Your contract, if you enter one, is with that company.

We do not name a fulfilment partner because there isn't one. Enquiries are passed to loft conversion companies covering the relevant area. We do not operate an exclusive arrangement with a single firm, and no company is presented on this site as our partner.

What we do not claim about those companies. We do not inspect their work, audit their finances, verify their insurance or check their references. We therefore make no representation that any company receiving your enquiry is suitable, competent, insured or qualified. We do not describe them as vetted, screened or approved anywhere on this site, because we do not do any of those things.

What you should do. Treat any company that contacts you exactly as you would treat one you found yourself. Ask for proof of insurance, ask for recent addresses you can look at, check what the quoted price includes, confirm who is handling building control, and do not pay large sums in advance. Comparing three quotes on a project of this size is normal and sensible.
