1. What this website is. loftconversionsealing.com is an introduction service. It puts homeowners in touch with independent loft conversion companies. It does not carry out building work of any kind.

2. No contract for building work arises with us. Any agreement to design, survey, build, alter or certify anything is formed directly between you and the company you engage. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee it, and we have no authority to vary it.

3. Enquiries are not orders. Submitting a form does not commit you to anything. Equally, it does not oblige any company to contact you or to quote.

4. Information on this site is general. Costs, timescales, planning summaries and building regulations summaries are published to help you understand the project in outline. They are not quotations, and they are not advice about your property. Figures given are estimates for West London and will not match every job.

5. Third-party conduct. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quotations, workmanship, delays or conduct of any company that contacts you following an enquiry.

6. Availability. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content without notice.

7. Limitation of liability. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
