Meet the Team

A small team runs this website. We are not builders, surveyors or planning consultants, and none of the work you commission is carried out by anyone here. What we do is keep the information on this site accurate and get enquiries to the right companies quickly.

Enquiry handling. Reads every enquiry that comes in, checks it is for an area we cover and a job that can actually be done, and passes it to loft conversion companies working in that postcode. Where an enquiry describes something we cannot help with — a purpose-built flat, for instance — you get told that rather than passed on.

Content and research. Keeps the cost figures, conversion type explanations and planning guidance current. Planning and building regulations content is checked against Ealing Council's published material, legislation.gov.uk and the Planning Portal, and is dated so you can see when it was last reviewed.

Company relationships. Manages which loft conversion companies receive enquiries and in which areas, and acts on feedback when homeowners tell us something went wrong.
